Kalir follows the Yerushalmi

The קרובץ לפורים is on every Bracha of the שמונה עשרה
except on the Bracha “את צמח”.

Some claim the reason for this is because all the wars were
fought by מלכות בית דוד except for מלחמת עמלק
which was fought by the grandchildren of Rochel.

Mordechai was מתקן for Shaul Hamelech's war on אגוג.
Therefore we don’t mention the נס when saying
"את צמח דוד ."

The truth is, קרובץ, were written not only for Purim.
There are קרובץ for Hoshana Rabah,17th Tamuz,
10th Teves, and 9thAv. They all have no קרובץ
on את צמח.

The real reason:

The פייטן for קרובץ was R, Elazar b Hakalir.
In his פיוטים, he generally follows the Yerushalmi
over  Bavli.

According to the Yerushalmi, (& Tosefta) the
Bracha of את צמח and וירושלים עירך, are combined
into one Bracha. (18 Brachos includes ולמלשינים)

Hence, no קרובץ for  את צמח

 If someone didn't bow down at "ואנחנו כורעים"  when saying עלינו,

must repeat the עלינו again and bow down. since this תפילה was created for the sole purpose of praising and bowing down to Hashem*

In Nusach Sfard Siddurim at the end of the Bracha of את צמח דוד it says ומצפים לישועה.

The words "ומצפים לישועה" do not belong there.

It has never been part of any Nusach of the שמונה עשרה.

Originally someone wrote it on the side of the Bracha as instruction and advice to have  there in mind to expect the ישועה of ביאת המשיח.

The Gemoro (Shabbos 31a) says one of the first questions one will be asked will 
be "?ציפית לישועה"  (Did you expect משיח)

The person who wrote ומצפים לישועה felt it would be an appropriate place&time to have 
in mind, the coming of Moshiach during the Bracha of את צמח דוד.

Some Poskim strongly oppose adding the words ומצפים לישועה  being it's not part of the Nusach of the Bracha.

How to make a  מי שברך לחולה

Some Siddurim/Machzorim have the Nusach 

of the מי שברך for  sick males the following words:

"וישלח לו מהרה רפואה שלמה מן השמים לרמ"ח אבריו"

                " לרמ"ח אבריה"  and for females 

This Nusach of רמ"ח אבריה is incorrect, being the 

Gemoro (Bechoros 45a) says that women have 

252 אברים four more than men who 

have רמ"ח אברים (248

The more accurate Siddurim/Machzorim have the 

Nusach for females לכל אבריה ולכל גידיה

I also believe that in לשון הקדש there is no such

word as חולנית for a sick female. 

The correct word would be חולה with a קמץ 

under the למד (Choiloh) and for males, it's חולה 

with a סגול under the למד (Choileh)

והעלה רפואה שלמה לכל מכותינו

The Chida On Why We Say The Mothers Name When Davening For A Choileh

The Chida writes that when Davening for a חולה we use the mother's name.

The reason is  because we need a lot of Zechusim. Usually  women have more Zechusim than men. Women don't  have the  Aveirah of Bitul Torah.

The Steipler zt"l  once Davened for Reb Yechezkel Abramsky zt"l not knowing his mothers name. He Davened  for Yechezkal Ba'al Mechaber (author of) Chazon Yechezkal.

The Rema (O.Ch. 123:6) writes, 

The Chazan at the end of חזרת הש"ץ

does not say .

The Mishna V'rurah says the reason

is because he relies on the תתקבל

of the Kaddish, he will be saying 

after ובא לציון.

(not to be repetitive)  

The M.V. also quotes the של"ה and

the גאון who argue and hold he should

say it.

The Minhag is to say it quietly, not to

offend the Psak of the Rema.

*Possibly the same reasoning would

apply during Selichos at Shma Koleinu.

Since the Chazzan ends the Selichos

with the Kaddish w תתקבל.

What is commonly known as חצי קדיש (half Kaddish)

is actually the complete Kaddish.

The Tefillah of Kaddish is to be Mekadesh Sheim

Shomyim.which ends at Da'amiron Beolmo.

Tiskabal,Yehai Shlomo & Oseh Sholom were added

on to the Kaddish, when ending, the Tefillah it should

be accepted, we should have peace with each

other, and if  there is Ch"v Machlokes, Hashem should

help us make peace*

Harav Moshe Aaron Stern zt"l Mashgiach 

Kamenetz was  Maspid an Odom Kasher 

by repeating a Shaila this person asked.

"During Shemonei Esrai  at the Bracha of 

Shema Koleinu one may add personal 

Bakashos (Refuah Parnasa etc.). 

Why can't he also answer Amen Yehai Shmai 

Rabbah during the Birchas Shema Kolainu?"

The Mashgiach praised him that he asked this

Shaila because he was concerned for  

Kvod Shomayim just as much as for his own needs.

He wanted to interrupt the Bracha with a

Yehai Shmai Rabbah.

I think this person is also praiseworthy for asking

such a good Kushya for which I am seeking an

answer.

According to Harav Hagaon Reb Shlomo Zalman Auerbach zt”l:

Someone  who forgot to say Ya’aleh Veyavo and needs to repeat the Shemoneh Esrai,must do so with a Minyan.

However, there is no need to travel 1 Mil./ 4 Mil. to find a Minyan for the second Shemoneh Esrai.

The Darkei Moishe (O.Ch.125) writes that the Maharil

didn’t talk from the beginning of Kedusha till after

the Amein of Hokeil Hakodosh.

It seems that during Chazaras Hashatz he would

talk,  as long as it was past Hokeil Hakodosh.

The Kaf Hachayim explains that this would have  

been only when he wasn’t Davening with that

Minyan*, otherwise you may not talk during the

entire Chazaras Hashatz.

The Chasam Sofer (Hagohos O.Ch. 102) writes that it is a סגולה נפלאה to Daven within 4 אמות of a צדיק .

חנה stood & Davened within 4 אמות of עלי
