The Unbelievable Story of the plot next to the Megaleh Amukos PART II

READ PART 1 HERE

This unbelievable story is not to be believed, because
If this or a similar  שאלה were to have been asked from any Rav,
there is no way the Rav would come up with such a  Psak.

If the Chevra Kadisha accepted money for a particular grave
and decides to cheat him, the onus is on the Chevra Kadisha
to do Teshuva by placing  him in the grave he originally
purchased, regardless who is next to him.

There is no need for the Niftar to attend a Din Torah and there
is no need for the Niftar to remove himself from the old grave
and bury himself in the new one etc.

The Chasam Sofer writes if you mix Halacha with Nistar (Kabala) you end up with Kelaim (Shatnez)

Here too if you mix a Chasidishe/Kabalistic story with a
Psak from the Bach (Ish Halacha) you end up with Kelaim.
(Halacha that doesn't make any sense)
 .

The real* story was:  The Megaleh Amukos had a son R. Yitzchok
who was Niftar at a young age. He was buried next to his
father the M.A.. Over the years his Matzeiva disintegrated.
The Chevra Kadisha decided to replace it with a new one.
The script on the old Matzeiva was illegible.Very little was
known about him so they wrote on the Matzeiva "Yagid Olov Reio"
The fact that he was buried next to his great father proves he
must have been a great man .

* I have personally seen a picture of the Yagid Olov Reio
Matzeiva, taken before the war. (WW2)  The name" R. Yitzchok "
son of the M.A. is clearly legible
This version of the story was supposedly recorded in the
Pinkas of the Krakower Chevra Kadisha

R' Kloinimos Ba'al Haness

Aderet

Harav Eliyahu Dovid Rabinowitz zt"l was known as the אדרת. He wrote more than 120 Sefarim. Only 2 of them were printed

in his lifetime. The rest remained in manuscripts.

Reb Reuven Dessler Shlita from Cleveland owns the manuscript.
of the Sefer  "הר המוריה"  Reb Reuven as a מזכה את הרבים  published the Sefer.

In Teshuva #73 The Aderes was asked about a Minhag Yerushalayim. Many who travel to Chu"l take a stone from the Kever of the Tzadik Reb Kalmen. The Shaila was if one may do so?

He answered there is no Issur and one may take
a stone from the Kever.

To understand the Shaila some background information.

A dead Arab child was thrown into the Shul courtyard and the Arabs accused the Yidden to have killed him.

Reb Klonimos wrote a שם קודש on Shabbos (Pikuach Nefesh ) and placed it on the boy who woke up from the dead.

The boy informed the authorities the name of the Arab murderer. This prevented  a pogrom against the Yidden in Yerushalayim.

R' Kloinimos felt he still needs a Kaporo for the Chilul Shabbos so he wrote in  his צוואה that they should not place  a מצבה on his grave. Instead, all those who pass his Kever should throw rocks on the Kever.

A large pile of rocks accumulated on the
grave.

A rumor went around that R' Kloinimos  said if anyone will take
away a stone from his grave he will end up having to come back to return the stone even if he moves to the other end of the
planet.

This rumor created a Segulah for E. Israelis traveling to Chutz La'aretz (dangerous trip in those days) to take along a stone from
his Kever thus being guaranteed to return back to E. Yisroel and placing back the stone on his Kever.

The Aderes was Matir to take the stone for the Segulah.

Mazel Tov - The Story Of The Rema In Krakow

The Lev Haivri*  writes when the Rema  was accepted as  Rav in Krakow, there had a strange Minhag in the city.

The morning after a woman went to the Mikvah, the Mikvah Lady’s husband,
wished  the husband (wife who went to the Mikva)   ” Mazal Tov.”

The Rema held this Minhag to be boorish and non Tzanua, so he abolished it.

There was a person who was out of town and wasn’t aware of the abolishment of the  Minhag.

One day he angrily approached the Mikvah lady’s husband and complained to him why he had not wished him Mazal Tov. The Mikvah lady’s husband answered

"For two reasons,
a) The new Rav abolished the Minhag
b) your wife never went to the Mikva that night”.

When the Rema heard this, he realized the reason for this strange Minhag.

He also realized his mistake and regretted having abolished the Minhag.

To compensate for his mistake The Rema decided to collect all Minhagei Yisroel.
Hence his Chibur of the Mapah on the Shulchan Aruch.**

Story from Reb Shach

Moron Harav E.M. Shach zt”l  told this story.

The Nesivos who was in a bad marriage and suffered terribly from his wife tried to divorce her. She refused to accept a גט. R. Akiva Eiger zt”l tried to convince her to accept a גט. She told him “ I would never agree to get divorced from such a holy man.

Rav Shach commented ” Even though she recognized his greatness and holiness she still made him צרות גדולות עד לשמים"

"Similarly", said Rav Shach, “We find in Pasuk ונברכו בך כל משפחות  ALL will recognize the greatness of Avraham Avinu (Klall Yisroel) and will seek his blessing, yet there will be ומקללך אאור, haters of Avraham Avinu who hate & curse him.
All nations in the world are beneficiaries of the Yidden and know of it, yet they hate and try to ח"ו destroy Klal Yisroel.

Story Of Reb Moshe Feinstein

Daf Hashavua
Bava Kama 38b

א"ר חייא בר אבא א"ר יוחנן

אין הקב"ה מקפח שכר כל בריה

Lot's first born daughter named her child מואב  thus recalling
she bore him from her father.

Lot's second daughter named her child בן עמי which does not explicitly recall the child was from her father.

For being more discreet  than her  older sister, she was rewarded.

In the Hakdama to the Igros Moshe (O.Ch.5) there is a very interesting story told by Reb Moshe zt"l.

Reb Moshe went to be Mevaker Choleh in Luban a sick person whose tongue had swelled up.

He told Reb Moshe the reason why he contacted this disease.

He said he had a Kushya.

"How is it, that the Mashiach will be  an offspring of these two women who weren't even ashamed to name their children and publicize having  relations with their own father ?"

One day he had a dream, two elderly women came to him and claimed to be the daughters of Lot. They told him they heard his complaint and want to respond.

They said they could have easily claimed that the children were born by an immaculate conception.

They intentionally named them עמון ומואב (embarrassing themselves)  to publicize there is no such thing as an
immaculate conception.

They were therefore rewarded that the True Mashiach will come from them.

They also told him that he was being punished for speaking badly  about them.

After he finished telling the story to Reb Moshe he turned to the other side and died.

The Hesped That Harav Moshe Aaron Stern Said On An Odom Gadol

Harav Moshe Aaron Stern zt"l Mashgiach
Kamenetz was  Maspid an Odom Kasher
by repeating a Shaila this person asked.

"During Shemonei Esrai  at the Bracha of
Shema Koleinu one may add personal
Bakashos (Refuah Parnasa etc.).

Why can't he also answer Amen Yehai Shmai
Rabbah during the Birchas Shema Kolainu?"

The Mashgiach praised him that he asked this
Shaila because he was concerned for
Kvod Shomayim just as much as for his own needs.
He wanted to interrupt the Bracha with a
Yehai Shmai Rabbah.

I think this person is also praiseworthy for asking
such a good Kushya for which I am seeking an
answer.

Please help with an answer,if you can.

שתם העין-Chizuk Of the Day

On Har Hamenuchos close to the Kever of the Belzer Rebbe zt"l
there is the Kever of a Ba'al Habayis* R. Eliezer Yosef Lederberg zt"l.

On his Matzeivah it is inscribed that he was  Marbitz Torah B'rabim.

He learned and Chazered  Meseches Beitzah & Meseches Rosh Hashana over 4,000 times.

The story :
R. Eliezer Yosef was diagnosed with an eye disease that required
surgery. He was told there is a chance the surgery won't be
successful and he will go blind.  He managed to postpone the
surgery for six months. During that time he learned repeatedly
two Mesechtos by heart so if he  goes blind he will able to learn.

After  the successful surgery and not going blind, he thought
to himself since he had in mind to learn these Mesechtos
for the rest of his life there is no reason not to do so because
he didn't go blind. On the contrary the more reason to thank
Hashem by learning and Chazering again & again.

R. Eliezer Yosef wrote in his Tzavo'oh that it might be worthed
to mention this on his Matzeiva so others might get Chizuk
to learn and Chazer multiple times.

*He had a stationery store in Yerushalyim.

*IMPORTANT!!!* Don't forget to make Kiddush on Yom Kippur

Making Kiddush on Yom Kippur is a מחלוקת between ר' עקיבא איגר   who holds it is only a  מצוה דרבנן  unless it falls on...
