ANSWER:
NOWHERE:

Pharaoh's daughter was named BISYA or BITYA and not Basya or Batya.
Her name is mentioned only once in Tanach. (Divrei Hayomim 1:4:18)

וְאֵלֶּה, בְּנֵי בִּתְיָה בַת-פַּרְעֹה, אֲשֶׁר לָקַח, מָרֶד

Clarification

Due to numerous requests to explain the Psak of Mori V'rabi Harav Hagaon R.Shlomo Miller Shlita.

The Halachic difference between hearing aids & cochlear implants is that hearing aids amplifies the sound which is heard through the ear.
Cochlear implants bypass the ear canal, they don't hear through the ear. It is as if someone were to tap them and they understand what is being communicated to them. It is not considered hearing.
Therefore the rule of שומע כעונה won't apply.

Mori V'Rabi Harav Hagaon R. Shlomo Miller Shlita holds, that those who have Cochlear implants cannot be יוצא מצוות where the rule of שומע כעונה is needed to be יוצא.

Therefore they should always make their own Kiddush and not be יוצא with someone else's Kiddush.

The Sefer מושב זקנים (Ba'alei Tosfos) writes," The last Pasuk
in בראשית ends with ויישם בארון the next Pasuk  it says ואלה שמות .
This is a רמז to put the name of the נפטר on the מצבה . "

The daughter in law of R. Yonasan Eibshitz remarried to
a second husband. On her מצבה, it was inscribed names of
both her husbands. ( - אשת כ"ה שמעון , ומלפנים היתה אשת הנגיד  ) 

Shu"t Chasam Sofer (#6:4) is against engraving human faces
on the מצבה. He quotes from the רדב"ז who was against
pictures, even of lions on the Aron Hakodesh.

The מצבות of the מהר"ל & the אליה רבה have lions engraved on them.
The מצבה of the נחלת בנימן has a wolf on it.

According to the Chasam Sofer (רדב"ז), it would  be אסור to
Daven facing the  מצבה  of the מהר"ל, being the lion on the 
מצבה is protruding.

ברכת תלמיד חכם


       The מאירי (Moed Katan 9a) writes:
 “A person should always cherish a ברכה from a תלמיד חכם. He should attempt with all his might to receive  a ברכה from him.”

Efraim & Menashe were the first brothers in Tanach to get along with each other, therefore they deserved a special Bracha from Yaakov.      

מאמר שלש שבועות

                                השבעתי אתכם בנות ירושלים  

The זהר in Parshas ויחי writes that  בנות ירושלים   refers to the נשמה.  

The Gemoro (Kesubos 111a) says on this Pasuk in שיר השירים
                                                                                                        
Hashem made 3 שבועות
2 with the Bnei Yisroel and 1 with the Goyim.

1) They should not go up (to E. Yisroel) together by force like a wall
2) They should not rebel against the Goyim
3) The Goyim should not oppress the Yidden, harshly.

The אבני נזר (Y.D. 2: 454)  asks, "A שבועה to be valid
the נשבע needs to accept שבועה

Moishe was משביע the Bnei Yisrael to accept the Torah ,
they accepted the שבועה,  as Rashi says on the Pasuk 
of אלה דברי הברית - they accepted the Torah
באלה ובשבועה. Also, on Har Grizim & Har Aivol they answered 
אמן on the שבועה.

Where and when did the Bnei Yisrael ever accept the 3 Shavuos?

We don’t find Shlomo Hamelech to have gathered the Bnei Yisroel
to be משביע them to accept the 3 Shavuos.

The אבני נזר answers:
The 3 Shavuos were not done with the physical Bnei Yisroel, but with 
their שורש נשמותיהן למעלה 

That’s what the זהר explains השבעתי אתכם בנות ירושלם     
that it refers to the נשמה
We find this concept in Chazal of משביעין את הנשמה הוי צדיק ואל תהא רשע 

The אבני נזר concludes that since the 3 Shavuos were only 
with the נשמה and not the גוף, there is no punishment
for transgressing the שלש שבועות.

The  אבני נזר has a lengthy explanation of מתיר אני את בשרכם
The Satmar Rebbe R. Yoilish zt"l argues on the אבני נזר 
& holds that just for having in mind to establish a Zionist state
we were punished with the Holocaust, (Hakdamah Vayioel Moishe

Yaakov bentched אפרים ומנשה who were his grand-sons and also his  great grand-sons

R. S.Z. Auerbach zt"l writes (Halichos Shlomo 1:34) 

" One must be careful to act לשם שמים.
If one has a non-Frum person in his house and the norm  would be to serve him food & drink. The Halacha (O.Ch. 169:2) forbids us from serving them food unless they will wash (Netilas Yodayim) and make the appropriate Brachos.

However, if the non-Frum person will feel offended (even if he was asked politely) to wash etc. and might hate Shomrei Torah Umitzvohs  for acting this way, then it is better to disregard the Halacha in Shulchan Aruch of not feeding them because them hating Frum Yidden 
is a bigger מכשול."

                                     THE GREAT WONDER


The Mechaber in Shulchan Aruch (O. Ch. 580) lists additional fast days.

One of the fast days is on the 9th day in Teves. “It is unknown what צרה happened on that day”.

The ט"ז writes" תימה גדולה  (It's a great wonder) that the Bais Yosef doesn't know what happened that day. In our Selichos (אזכרה מצוק) it is written that Ezra Hasofer died on the 9th of the month".

It is interesting, this Piyut is said, only by Ashkenazim. The Sefardim say  the Piyut “שעה עליון” and the Piyut “יושב בשמים”.
In both of these Piyutim, it is mentioned that Ezra Hasofer died on the 10th of Teves.

The Mechaber, being  Sefardi, must have held that Ezra died on the 10th and therefore there shouldn't be a wonder why he didn’t know what happened on the 9th of Teves.


The Tosfos Chadoshim on Megillas Ta’anis writes that
Yeisho Hanotzri ym”s was born on the 9th of Teves.
Chazal were scared of the Nochrim, to publicize
that we fast on his birthday.

Don't Embarrass Me

The Sefer (לקט יושר ( תלמיד תרומת הדשן writes, "If  one lives in a house of a non Jew (Apartment building etc.) he should light only one candle plus the Shamash. By increasing candles there is a greater chance ch"v of a  fire and that would embarrass the Mitzvah.

We find that those who use lettuce for מרור will dip it in חרוסת to remove  the toxins. Whereas all year round when eating lettuce they don't dip it to remove the toxins".

The reason is, that  we don't take even minute chances of embarrassing the Mitzva.

This Halacha (lighting only one candle) is probably not למעשה but the lesson of not  taking chances where you might  embarrass a Mitzva is למעשה and  discretion should be taken when such possibilities exists.

Answer To The Riddle

The only reason he needs to repeat the שמונה עשרה is that he said יעלה ויבא on Rosh Chodesh (in the שמונה עשרה).

Answer:
הלכה מפורשת בשו"ע


The ( רא"ש (מס' ברכות פרק ד':ב says if one is required to Daven two Shemonei Esreis to compensate for the previous Tefillah (תשלומין) then one needs to Daven the proper שמונה עשרה first and afterwards the  תשלומין שמונה עשרה. One may not reverse the order.(תשלומין first etc.)

The (רמ"א (או"ח סימן ק"ח :ט writes, "if one  Davened Rosh Chodesh Ma'ariv with two Shemonei Esreis (תשלומין for the previous Mincha) and he said יעלה ויבא the second שמונה עשרה and not the first שמונה עשרה then he needs to repeat the  שמונה עשרה (a third time)".

By not saying יעלה ויבא the first time and saying it the second time he shows that he considers the first שמונה עשרה as תשלומין for the Mincha of Erev Rosh Chodesh.

However had he not said יעלה ויבא on both שמונה עשרה he would not have to repeat a third time.

Hence, because he said יעלה ויבא (second שמונה עשרה)   on Rosh Chodesh he needs to repeat the שמונה עשרה
