ויבא עד חברון-כלב לבדו הלך שם ונשטח על קברי אבות


The רשב"ם holds that the only ones who
may visit קברי צדיקים are גדולים וחשובים

 
עיין אגדות מהרש"א שם
די"ל דהעמידו לאליעזר שם דלא ליתי איניש דלא מעלי התם דלא
  ניתן רשות ליכנס בקברי צדיקים אלא לאדם גדול וחשוב כפרשב"ם
 
When visiting the קבר חתם סופר I felt that I wasn't entitled
to do so. However, I was there with family members
who are גדולים וחשובים so I decided to sneak in together 
with them..
