Where is the twelfth

 

Parshas Hashavua משפטים
 

The אברבנאל in the הקדמה on חומש שמות
writes that,חומש שמות has 12 סדרים (Parshios) 
the same as חומש בראשית.

I could only find eleven סדרים in חומש שמות
?

3 לך לך
4 וירא
5 חיי שרה
6 תולדות
7 ויצא 
8 וישלח
9 וישב
10 מקץ
11 ויגש
12 ויחי

1 שמות
2 וארא
3 בא
4 בשלח
5 יתרו
6 משפטים
7 תרומה
8 תצוה
9 כי תשא
10 ויקהל
