讘讬讚 讗讬砖 注转讬 讛诪讚讘专讛 .
The next Pasuk (22) it says again 讜砖诇讞 讗转 讛砖注讬专 讘诪讚讘专 .
R. Y.B. Soloveitchik zt”l (Boston) explains*, two 砖诇讬讞讜转
were done.
In Pasuk 21, The 诪砖诇讞 (sender) was the 讻讛谉 讙讚讜诇. The 讗讬砖 注转讬
was the 砖诇讬讞 of the 讻讛谉 讙讚讜诇 (Ahron) . His mission was to bring
the 砖注讬专 that the 讻讛谉 讙讚讜诇 sent into the 诪讚讘专
As soon as it arrived in the 诪讚讘专, The 讻讛谉 讙讚讜诇's responsibility
was over & done with.
At this point the 讻讛谉 讙讚讜诇. may do the 拽专讬讗讛 (reading) of
the 驻专砖讛.
This is what the Mishna
is telling us, 讗诪专讜 诇讜 诇讻"讙 讛讙讬注 砖注讬专 诇诪讚讘专
In Pasuk 22 the sender is not the 讻讛谉 讙讚讜诇 but the 讗讬砖 注转讬 .

The 讗讬砖 注转讬 sends (delivers) the 砖注讬专 to the 爪讜拽

they knew (讘拽讬 讘讞讻诪转 讛诪讝诇讜转 ) wouldn't survive the year. (讬诇拽讜讟 专讗讜讘谞讬 )
