One should light only with the inedible oil.

Food or drink, if placed under a bed there is a רוח רעה resting
on it and may not be eaten.
יו"ד סי' קטז ס"ה

The בן איש חי פ' וישב writes such oil may not be used to light
Chanukah candles. However, if the oil is inedible it's not
considered food and there is no רוח רעה on it, therefore,
may be used for Chanukah candles.
