           ונמצא חן ושכל טוב בעיני אלוהים ואדם

How to find favor in the eyes of Hashem & man?

Harav Hagaon R.Avraham Ganichovsky Zt"l (R.Y. Yeshivas Tchebin) said:

The proven Segulah to become a נושא חן and find favour in the eyes
of all is by being a non-demanding person.

It says (Esther 2:15) לא בקשה דבר---ותהי אסתר נשאת חן בעיני כל רואיה
