This is a 专诪讝
to put the name of the 谞驻讟专 on the 诪爪讘讛 . "

According to the Chasam Sofer
(专讚讘"讝), it would be 讗住讜专 to
Daven facing the 诪爪讘讛
of the 诪讛专"诇, being the lion on the
诪爪讘讛 is
protruding.
