The first person to be commanded seven
Mitzvos was אדם הראשון.

The first Mitzvah of not eating from the עץ הדעת was  applicable for only one day.

אדם was also commanded six of the seven מצוות בני נח

נח was commanded one additional מצוה of אבר מן החי
