There are two* ברכות which are recited only in חוץ לארץ.

1) (המלך בכבודו תמיד ימלוך עלינו (מעריב לחול

2) אשר קדשנו בקדושתו של אהרן וצונו לאכול תרומה 

In Shulchan Aruch (Y.D. 322:5 it says חלת חו"ל since it is דרבנן
a כהן who went to the מקוה may eat it.
The רמ"א adds that when he eats it he is required to make 2 ברכות
a) המוציא or מזונות
b) וצונו לאכול תרומה

*ידידי ובן דודי הרב אהרן  שליט"א added a third ברכה recited only in חו"ל
ראה ביתו של נבוכדנצר אומר ברוך שהחריב ביתו של נבוכדנצר
