Saying Tachnun On Tisha Baav

The Tur (O.Ch.693) quotes R.Amram Gaon:

"The Minhag in the two Yeshivos was to say
Tachnun on Purim".

On Tisha B'av there is no Machlokes. We do not say Tachnun because מיקרי מועד (it is called a YomTov)


Seems that Tisha B'av is more of a YomTov than Purim.
