THIS YEAR אחרון של פסח



           

----- ואמרת לפני ה' אלהיך בערתי הקדש

TWICE IN SEVEN YEARS, WE SAY וידוי ON פסח
THIS YEAR אחרון של פסח AFTER MINCHA

The הלכה of וידוי מעשרות to be done on the fourth & seventh
year, is brought down in שו"ע יו"ד סימן של"א ס' ק"מ- קמ"א

The בית יוסף holds this מצוה is applicable בזמן הזה.
The לבוש - ש"ך - גר"א & חרדים all agree with the ב"י

The אדרת has five reasons for not doing it today. However
he refutes them all and holds הלכה למעשה to do וידוי מעשרות 
בזמן הזה on the fourth year after שמיטה & on the
seventh year, after Mincha on אחרון של פסח.

The חזון אי"ש argues and holds this Mitzvah is not
applicable בזמן הזה.

    Unfortunately, this post is unintelligible; it seems like when you switch from English to Hebrew and back again the order of the words gets messed up. Maybe just transliterate the Hebrew words in English.
