The יראי שמים

פרשת וארא 'הירא את דבר ה People often evaluate others based on the group to which they belong. Being part of a different community/ Chasidus, etc., with different השקפות can lead to being judged as כופרים ואפיקורסים etc.. The חפץ חיים was a fierce opponent of Zionism and a strong supporter of Agudas Yisroel, yet he had no problem asking הרב שלמה כהן זצ"ל* for a הסכמה on the משנה ברורה. R.
