No other Mitzvah do we say מצטער is פטור
except for מצות סוכה.

the reason for this is that, since it is זמן שמחתינו, the
Torah didn't want us to be מצטער during our זמן שמחתינו
ואני הקטן הוספתי
כשם שמצטער פטור מן הסוכה
כך סוכה פטור מן המצטער
The Yom Tov of סוכה makes us פטור from צער.
This coming סוכות will be פטור מן הצער-pain-free
All the צרות & צער of כלל ישראל will end abruptly.
The ישועות ורפואות will אי"ה arrive כהרף עין and
we will all have a true זמן שמחתינו
אמן כן יהי רצון
