In the first chapter in 讚谞讬讗诇 the words 驻转 讘讙 讛诪诇讱 
appear numerous times. It refers to the food from
the royal kitchen.
 
In Shulchan Aruch Hilchos Rosh Chodesh
#428 :4, it says, "讘讙 讛诪诇讱 驻转 讜讬诇讱"

The Mishna Verurah (sk8) explains, 讘讙 讛诪诇讱
The Shulchan Aruch used these words as a
Siman,  When 讘-讙  Monday or Tuesday Is 讛诪诇讱 
(Rosh Hashana)
驻转 讜讬诇讱 -You crumble (divide)   谞讬爪讘讬诐 讜讬诇讱 
into two Parshiyos.

In other words if R.H. falls on Mon. or Tue.
(This year)
Then 谞讬爪讘讬诐 讜讬诇讱 are two separate Parshiyos. 
Otherwise, 谞讬爪讘讬诐 讜讬诇讱, stays as one Parsha.

why the Mechaber used these words for a Siman.
