Answer
1) A 讞讜诇讛 诪住讜讻谉 in a 专砖讜转
讛讬讞讬讚 who needs to eat a fruit (驻讬拽讜讞 谞驻砖)
2) There are two fruits available, one is
attached to a tree in the 专砖讜转 讛讬讞讬讚 of
the 讞讜诇讛. The other one is not attached to
a tree but is in a 专砖讜转 讛专讘讬诐.
3) On Shabbos it would make no
difference which fruit the 讞讜诇讛 is
given.(both 讞讬诇讜诇 砖讘转) One may be 诪讞诇诇 砖讘转 诇讻转讞讬诇讛
a) pick the fruit off the tree or b)
bring in the fruit from the 专砖讜转 讛专讘讬诐.
4) On Yom Tov, bringing in the (unattached)
fruit from the 专砖讜转 讛专讘讬诐
there is no 讞讬诇讜诇 讬讜"讟 Picking the fruit off the tree there is 讞讬诇讜诇 讬讜"讟
5) On 讬讜"讟 you may not remove the attached fruit in
the 专砖讜转 讛讬讞讬讚 if you can get the
unattached fruit from the 专砖讜转 讛专讘讬诐.
(no Chillul whatsoever)
On Shabbos, you may pick the fruit off the
tree 诇讻转讞讬诇讛
On Yom Tov if you picked the fruit off
the tree, you
would
be 讞讬讬讘 诪诇拽讜转.
