No רחמנות

 

צִיּ֖וֹן בְּמִשְׁפָּ֣ט תִּפָּדֶ֑ה וְשָׁבֶ֖יהָ בִּצְדָקָֽה׃* Zion shall be saved in the judgment  ברוך אתה ה' בונה (ברחמיו) ירושלים אמן The Gaon removed the word ברחמיו because it says בְּמִשְׁפָּ֣ט תִּפָּדֶ֑ה with judgment and not with רחמים will Zion be redeemed. However, when Davening ותחזנה עינינו there ברחמים refers to our eyes, we ask to be זוכה for our eyes to see the redemption בשובך לציון ברחמים BTW The proper way to say the ברכה is Bonai (צירי) Yerushalayim or Boneh (סגול & not צירי) Verachamov Yerushalayim Amen.
