How is this possible?

Answer:
Triplets

a) ראובן is a triplet born Friday night בין השמשות. His two
younger brothers were born on שבת proper. Reuvain's Bris gets
postponed to Sunday while his two younger brothers have
it done בזמנו on Shabbos.

b) ראובן was born by C-section (Bris gets postponed to
Sunday.)

Hence his two younger brothers have their Bris done 
before ראובן,
