א"ל רבא הא ודאי לכם לכל צרכיכם משמע  מכות י"ג ע"א  

Rava said that's for sure (everybody agrees) 
when it says לכם it means for all your needs

In the Torah, it says on the month of ניסן
החדש הזה לכם  HKBH surely agrees that
this month of Nissan is לכל צרכיכם for all your needs. 
All the needs of כלל ישראל belong to them.

כלל ישראל is entitled this coming month to 
רפואות ישועות פרנסה וכט"ס                                 .
