Hint: הלכה מפורשת בשו"ע                      Mother Goose tells the Shochet, " Eat your heart out, you can't touch me for the next two months, unless you eat my heart."                  הלכה מפורשת בשו"ע יו"ד סימן י"א ס"ד    הגה: מקצת שוחטין נזהרין שלא לשחוט שום אווז בטבת ושבט אם לא שאוכלין מלבה, משום שקבלה היא שיש שעה אחת באותן חודשים: אם שוחט בה אווז – ימות השוחט אם לא אוכל ממנה. ונוהגין לאכול מן הלב (תשב"ץ בשם רבי יהודה חסיד).    The רמ"א writes, " Some Shochtim have the Minhag not to shecht any geese in the months of טבת & שבט.   There is a Kabbalah (tradition), that there is a certain hour in these two months, if a person shechts a goose, he will die, unless he eats from it. The Minhag is to eat its heart."
