(讗讘谉 讞讜讙) it says "住诇讜祝 讚讬谞讛 讘讬讛讜住祝 诇讛谞讞讜转"

The Chasam Sofer quotes from the 住驻专 讟讬讘 讙讟讬谉
who the Ch. Sofer writes, quotes from a 诪拽讜讘诇,
who said, that when 讬讜住祝 was in 诇讗讛's stomach his
name was 讬讛讜住祝 and when 讚讬谞讛 was in 专讞诇's stomach
her name was 讚讬谉.
After the mothers were switched, 讬讛讜住祝 lost the 讛
and became 讬讜住祝 and 讚讬谉 received that 讛 and
became 讚讬谞讛 ----

Actually, the 讟讬讘 讙讟讬谉 doesn't quote this from an
unknown 诪拽讜讘诇 but quotes this from his Mechuten
讛专讘 诇讜讬 讬爪讞拽 诪讘专讚讬讟砖讜讘 讝爪"诇.

In all probability, the Chasam Sofer never heard
of the 拽讚讜砖转 诇讜讬 and therefore refers to him as 
an unknown 诪拽讜讘诇 讗讞讚
