Parshas Hashavua בא צבאות השם - WE WANT ארץ ישראל NOW ויהי בעצם היום הזה יצאו כל צבאות ה' מארץ מצרים שמות י"ב :מ"א ויהי בעצם היום הזה הוציא ה' את בנ"י מארץ מצרים על צבאתם שמות י"ב :נ"א The מפרשים ask why does the Torah repeat twice the leaving of the Bnai Yisroel out of מצרים. Harav Yechezkel Abramsky Zt'l pointed out the differences between the two פסוקים. a) The first פסוק says יצאו they left on their own. The second פסוק says 'הוציא ה Hashem took them out. b) The 1st פסוק says the 'צבאות ה left מצרים. The 2nd פסוק says the בני ישראל were taken out of מצרים c) The 2nd פסוק says the בני ישראל left על צבאתם. Rav Abramsky explained that there were two groups in מצרים. The first ones were the 'צבאות ה They left immediately on their own as soon as they were  allowed to leave. The rest of the בני ישראל were not ready to leave until Hashem had to take them out  על צבאתם to unite them with the 'צבאות ה Rav Abramsky suggested, we have a similar situation today. There are Yidden who were "יצאו" and left חוץ לארץ on their own to settle in ארץ ישראל. Then we have a group Yidden who are waiting for " 'הוציא ה" Hashem to take them out of חוץ לארץ and bring them בקרוב to settle in ארץ ישראל.
