According to Mori V'Rabi-WAITING IN BETWEEN MILK AND MEAT

According to Mori V'Rabi Harav Hagaon R. Shlomo Miller Shlita,

Ashkenazi Yidden (Yekkis) whose Minhag is not to wait six hours
after meat ( 3 hours- 1 hour )  may continue to do so only
in such cities where they have an Ashkenaz (Yekki) Kehilah.

In a city where no such Kehilah exist one must accept the
חומרא המקום שהלך לשם (Minhag Hamakom) and wait six
hours after eating meat.
