Today, is a special day

ויקראו סופרי המלך בעת ההיא בחודש השלישי
הוא חודש סיון בשלשה ועשרים יום בו אסתר ח:ט 

The Lubavitcher Rebbe R. M.M. Schneerson ZT"L said
"The 23d day of Sivan was the beginning of the
downfall of the שונאי ישראל and the start of all the ישועות
for כלל ישראל. that are mentioned afterward in
the Pesukim of the Megillah up to & including 
--ליהודים היתה אורה ושמחה וששון ויקר".

The Rebbe continued, "since the Torah is נצחי (eternal)
therefore this date is also eternal and every year on
the 23d day of Sivan it is מסוגל for the immediate start
of the מפלתן של שונאי ישראל and the beginning of all
the ישועות to כלל ישראל"
