Demonstrations against חילול שבת

        ושמרו בני ישראל את השבת 


The Mishna Verurah (ביאור הלכה תר"ח) writes that there
is no חיוב להוכיח someone who is a מחלל שבת בפרהסיא.

 

Someone who is a מחלל שבת שלא בפרהסיא, the
Mishna Verurah is not sure if there is a חיוב להוכיח.
 

 

Since you are not obligated to demonstrate against 
מחללי שבת, perhaps, you may not do so on Shabbos.
You may not be the cause of חילול שבת of the police
driving to the demonstration etc.
