DID YOU KNOW? (227)

 יהיו לרצון אמרי פי
    why is it said quietly or omitted?

The רמ"א (O.Ch. 123:6) writes, 
The Chazan at the end of חזרת הש"ץ
does not say יהיו לרצון אמרי פי.

The Mishna V'rurah says the reason
is because the Chazzan relies on the תתקבל
of the Kaddish, he will be saying 
after ובא לציון. (not to be repetitive)  

The M.V. quotes the של"ה and
the גאון who argue and hold he should
say it.
The Minhag is to say it quietly, not to
offend the Psak of the רמ"א.

*Perhaps, this would be the same reason
why during סליחות at שמע קולינו we skip
or say quietly יהיו לרצון, being the Chazzan
ends the סליחות with the Kaddish w תתקבל.

    יש לכה"פ שתי תשובות על בדפוס:
    א. פסוק הכתוב בלשון יחיד אין מכנים אותו לרבים, וכיון שבפסוק נאמר 'יהיו לרצון אמרי פי והגיון לבי... וגואלי' אין לאומרו בלשון רבים בקול רם (שו"ת התעוררות תשובה חלק א סי' קכב [=מהדו"ח סי' שע]). וכבר העיר נכדו בהערות שם, שגם פסוקי 'אמרינו האזינה' ו'אל תשליכנו' כתובים בתהלים בלשון יחיד, ואעפ"כ אומרים אותם בלשון רבים בקול רם.
    ב. איך יעיז איש לצעוק בקול 'יהיו לרצון הגיון לבי', בשעה שהלב יודע מרת נפשו ונבכי לבו - האדמו"ר מהר"ש השני מבאבוב, מובא בהערותיו של ר' ירוחם אליהו ראזנפעלד לספר הרוקח הלכות חסידות עמ' לח.
