Which food in this week's Parsha should be roasted?

Answer:

Shulchan Aruch (Y.D. 61: 12) "מתנות כהונה (meats)
If the כהן has no other preference then it
should be roasted and eaten with mustard."

( should be eaten in a royal manner , like kings eat their food.)
