    Also if one forgot to count the first 48 days at night and counted he next day each time without a bracha, but remembers on the 49th night to count, they make a bracha on the 49th.

    If you look at the Shulchan Shlomo (here - https://hebrewbooks.org/pdfpager.aspx?req=8023&st=&pgnum=183_ ) he writes clearly that they will err on one night AND they don't know the din (that you don't make a bracha) but a propensity for forgetting alone is not a reason not to start with a bracha. After all we don't pasken like the Bahag we're just choshesh for his shita. It follows then that our women who do know the din sgould count with a bracha - even if they have bad track record.

      You are 100% correct that we also need the reason that they will not know the Din of not being allowed to make a Bracha anymore.
      I shortened the Shulchan Shlomo but it wouldn't be applicable on the last day regardless.
