The Zohar (אחרי מות דף נ"ח) writes,
זמנין אית בשתא דרעווא אשתכך
וזמנין אית בשתא דדינא אשתכך

"There are times in the year
when עת רצון is to be found.
There are times in the year
when דין is to be found"

R. Chaim Vital in the הגהות writes,
The times of עת רצון are to be found
in the months of אדר,ניסן,אייר,סיון
