\" בג המלך פת וילך"

This Halacha appears in Shulchan Aruch Hilchos

Rosh Chodesh #428 :4.

The Mishna Verurah (sk8) explains, בג המלך

בג - When Monday or Tuesday ,

המלך - is Rosh Hashana (you say Hamelech Hamishpot)

פת וילך - You crumble (break up-divide )

נצבים וילך into two Parshiyos.
In other words if R.H. falls on Mon. or Tue.
(This coming R.H.)

Then נצבים וילך are two separate Parshiyos.

Otherwise ,נצבים וילך, are one Parsha
