Rav Of Chelm


                            
                           The מהרש"א, who was Rav in Chelm* wrote this about בין הזמנים
 


" the Bachurim waste most days during Bein Hazmanim.
They walk the streets  wasting time  going on trips."
          
* His mother in law Eidel financed his Yeshiva for 20 years. 
After her death, he became Rav in Chelm, Lublin, and Ostroh
