ROSH
CHODESH SEUDAH ON
SUNDAY AFTER ROSH CHODESH
According to the Yerushalmi Megillah Perek1 Halacha 4 "When
Rosh Chodesh falls on Shabbos, the Seudas Rosh Chodesh
is to be eaten on the Sunday after Rosh Chodesh."
The ב"ח O.Ch. 418 writes
that we don't follow this Yerushalmi.
