Only Once A Year

讗讞讬谞讜 讘谞讬 注讚讜转 讛诪讝专讞 (Sefardim)  say 讬讜爪专讜转
only once a year and that is on Shabbos Parshas Zachor. 

These 讬讜爪专讜转 are called "诪讬 讻诪讜讱". It starts with the Piyut
from R.Yehuda Halevi "讗讚讜谉 讞住讚讬讱"

The 住讚专 讛讚讜专讜转 writes,
 When R. Yehudah Halevi wrote the Piyut "讗讚讜谉 讞住讚讬讱"
he took a break at the Stanza of the letter 专 (Reish).

The Ibn Ezra passed by and continued on his own
the Stanza on the letter 专.

R.Y.Halevi was so impressed with the stanza
that he left it in the Piyut and continued on.
He also took him as a son in law as a result of this.

Hence, the two stanzas for the letter  专 .
