shows that he considers the first 砖诪讜谞讛 注砖专讛 as 转砖诇讜诪讬谉 for the Mincha of Erev
Rosh Chodesh.
However had he not said 讬注诇讛 讜讬讘讗 on both 砖诪讜谞讛 注砖专讛 he would not
have to repeat a third time.
Hence, because he
said 讬注诇讛 讜讬讘讗 (second 砖诪讜谞讛 注砖专讛) on Rosh Chodesh he needs to
repeat the 砖诪讜谞讛 注砖专讛
