not Daven at a Sephardic Minyan
(Shachris) so not to
get into a situation of having to Duchen. (when Minhag
Ashkenaz is not to Duchen)
R. Shlomo Zalmen also holds, an Israeli
Kohen who
happens to be in Chu”l may Daven and Duchan
Lekatchila in a Sephardic Minyan
According to Torah law -- meaning the 613 mitzvot -- the kohanim should bless the Jewish people 365 days every year.
