Shulchan Aruch O.Ch. 677:4
"Leftover oil from the Chanukah candles on the eight-day,
one should make a fire and burn it since it's הוקצה למצותו"
Why for leftover Shabbos candles which is also הוקצה למצותו
there is no such Halacha to burn it in a fire?
