The Elyahu Rabah writes ,You have to know why

(he doesn't know)  on Parshas Shekalim & Chodesh

Piyutim are said twice, Shachris & Musaf, and Parshas

Zachor& Parah are said only once at Shachris ?

  1. There actually are piyutim for Mussaf for Zachor and Parah. For some reason (not sure why), they stopped being said in the past few centuries. But they were definitely said in Rashi's time.
