The Rema (O. Ch. 493) writes that
on Lag Baomer ומרבין בו קצת שמחה
If on Lag Baomer where it says to increase with
a little (קצת) Simcha , We dress up in Bigdei
Shabbos
(shtreimel etc.) and dance all night in front
of a fire, Why then with the arrival of Adar
where there is no mention of קצת don't
