Rare Shabbos
The only Shabbos* ( only once every few years)
when the Birchos מעין שבע are not said in Shul,
is on first days Pesach**.(ליל שימורים )

** The Kaf Hachayim brings a Minhag where they do
say it even on first days Pesach
