The Mishna Verura (494 sk 12) says one of the reasons for eating Milchigs on Shavuos is because after Matan Torah, they couldn’t eat meat...
That source is for people who normally say Shabbat Shalom Umevorach, namely Sefaradim, like the Chida. Does it go for Ashkenazim, who say a gutten Shabbos, or good Shabbos, as well?
ReplyDeleteThere is no reason why it should make a difference. There are Sephardi, Ashkenazi, Yeshivishe and Chasidic Medakdekim. אמבצי
