While Yankel
was driving his car, he was talking on his cell phone.
The
phone distracted him. He side swiped Berls car and damaged it.
Reb Yosef Shalom Elyashuv zt”l said, being Yankel was so
distracted that he damaged the
car, he might not have to pay for the damages. (Halachicly)
