Parshas Hachodesh In the יוצר למוסף פרשת החדש it says,    "החדש אשר ישועות בו מקיפות" "The month (Nissan) that is surrounded with ישועות." The Apter Rebbe Zt"l translated the word מקיפות as the word החנוני מקיף (the storekeeper sells on credit) In the month of Nissan Hashem sends us ישועות even if we don't deserve it yet as long we promise to be good in the future.
