?משנכנס אדר מרבין בשמחה The (פרי מגדים (א"א תקנ"א:ב writes that  משנכנס אב ממעטין בשמחה starts with the מולד. Probably the same should apply to משנכנס אדר and it should start with the מולד. However, According to the רמב"ם  or שלחן ערוך  there is no such הלכה of  משנכנס אדר מרבין בשמחה* They both mention the הלכה of משנכנס אב ממעטין בשמחה but there is **no mention of משנכנס אדר מרבין בשמחה עיין שו"ת חת"ס או"ח ק"ס*  ** The מגן אברהם does mention it
