Don't Worry Be Happy

 

Over a thousand years ago ר' אברהם ב"ר חייא* wrote that
he is not impressed by those who are sad and worried
when reading of the תוכחה.
For this reason, they rush through with the reading of 
the תוכחה.

All the predictions of the תוכחה happened in the past.
There is no need to worry because it won't happen again.
Only good times lay ahead.
