Burning The Zionist Flag
According
to the שלחן ערוך (O.Ch. 169:1- 2), We may not serve
food (bread) to a non-Frum person unless he will wash
(נטילת ידים) and make the appropriate ברכות.
R. S.Z. Auerbach zt"l writes, (Halichos Shlomo 1:34)
"If the non-Frum person will feel offended (even
if asked politely) to wash etc. and might come to hate
the שומרי תורה ומצות for not feeding him, then
it is better to disregard the Halacha in שלחן ערוך and
we should feed him. Having
non-Frum hate the Frum Yidden is a bigger מכשול."
According to R.S.Z. Auerbach. it would seem that even if
burning Zionist Flags were to be a Mitzvah mentioned in
שלחן ערוך, we should avoid doing so being it will
make the non-Frum hate us.
Probably. the flag burners believe that the
non-frum don't mind if Frum Yidden burn their flag and
won't hate them for doing so.
i could be also that they dont follow the liberal ruling of zionist rabbis
