Parshas Shelach The Secular Zionist

.               Harav Yosef Chaim Sonnenfeld zt"l said, the חטא המרגלים was that they saw ברוח הקדש our generation where the majority in Eretz Yisroel will be  secular Zionist who will try to שמד the rest of the Frum Yidden. The מרגלים, therefore, held it would better to remain in the מדבר. On the other hand, יהושע & כלב held and told them וירשנו אתה כי יכול נוכל לה. We will overcome the Secular Zionist and have no reason to fear them.
