לז"נ הקדוש ר' אברהם אשי בן
הרב שמואל הי"ד
ט"ו טבת
Rashi quotes the Gemoro in Nedarim 64b that מתו refers to losing all their money, because
ד' חשובין כמת, עני ,ומצורע ,וסומא ושאין
לו בנים
The ר"ן
(7b) explains how we know that
they lost their money and not they became
מצורעים .
because it says during the Machlokes
of Korach they were **בקרב כל ישראל
Had they have been מצורעים
they would
have been מחוץ למחנה
. Even though during
Matan Torah all of Bnei Yisroel were healed
(so it’s possible to have been a מצורע in
Mitzrayim and by Korach healed and Tahor.)
This can’t be, because during the מעשה
עגל
all original sicknesses etc. returned.
Therefore we must say since they were not
מצורעים
during Korach they were also not
מצורעים
in Mitzrayim.
The Sheilos Sholom*** on the Sheiltos (P.Metzora)
asks, The Mishna in Nega’im Perek 7 learns
from a Pasuk, If someone had a צרעת
before
Matan Torah he does not become Tomei after
Matan Torah. According to the Ran after the
עגל
must be considered as a פנים חדשות
and
not as the original from before Matan Torah.
therefore they would have been Tomei.
If so,for when does the Torah exclude a צרעת
from before Matan Torah.(to beTahor)
From Matan Torah till the עגל there were no מצורעים
After the עגל
we say that it is considered a new צרעת
and he would be טמא.
So what is the Pasuk teaching
us?
