The Mishna Verurah
(sk8) explains, בג המלך
When Monday or
Tuesday , בג Is Rosh Hashana המלך (you say Hamelech
Hamishpot)
You crumble
(divide) פת וילך
ניצבים וילך into two Parshiyos.
In other words if
R.H. falls on Mon. or Tue. Then ניצבים וילך are two separate
Parshiyos. Otherwise ,ניצבים וילך, are one Parsha.
