2) Swallowed up by the ground


3) Died at the מגפה (plague)


4) Died of natural causes
 


#4 is the only incorrect answer
וא"ר יוחנן*, קרח לא מן הבלועים ולא מן השרופין- (סנהדרין ק"י ע"א)
רש"י אלא במגפה

According to R. Yochanan, קרח died in the plague 
that killed 14,700 people.

*According to the ברייתא Korach was swallowed and burnt
